RateNomad is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
What we collect and why:
- We collect only your email address when you join the waitlist.
- We will send you one confirmation email, one launch notification, and the EU Mortgage Guide you requested.
- We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
- You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
- Email storage is handled by Brevo SAS (Paris, France — EU-based data processing).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your freely given consent when joining the waitlist.
Retention: We store your email for up to 2 years from the date you confirmed your subscription, or until we send the launch notification — whichever comes first. After that period, your data is deleted within 30 days. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing hello@ratenomad.com.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, and the right to object. Contact hello@ratenomad.com.
You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the EU, this is the data protection authority in your country of residence.

Email storage: Brevo SAS, 55 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France. Brevo acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. See brevo.com for their privacy policy.
